CLUSTER - Milk Chocolate Pecan Cluster - Individual

A cluster is the simpler cousin of the Caramillican, and the two are easy to mix up since both involve pecans and milk chocolate. Our pecan cluster is a generous handful of fresh orchard pecans bound together with rich, creamy milk chocolate. There is no caramel layer in the middle, which means you taste the pecan and the chocolate right up front with nothing standing between them. A Caramillican, by contrast, builds in a thick layer of buttery handmade caramel between the pecans and the chocolate. If you love the nut and want a less sticky candy, the cluster is your pick. If you want the full chocolate, caramel, and pecan turtle type experience, reach for the Caramillican.

Yes, every cluster is individually wrapped so you can toss one in a lunchbox, pass them around the table at a gathering, or dip in and out of the box without anything sticking together. Stored in a cool, dry pantry, they hold their flavor and snap for several weeks. If your kitchen runs warm in the summer months, pop the wrapped pieces into the refrigerator or even the freezer with no harm done. Just let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes before unwrapping so the chocolate softens back to its proper creamy bite.  Keep in mind that the chocolate will melt when exposed to temperatures above 80°F.
