Pecan Stuffed Dates
Serve these three-ingredient pecan stuffed dates with blue cheese as a quick and easy appetizer at your next gathering.
- 12 Medjool Dates
- 6 ounces blue cheese, cut into 12 pieces
- 12 pecan halves
- Use a sharp knife to split dates down one side, but not completely in half. Remove pit and discard. Place one piece of blue cheese and one pecan half in each date. Serve. Makes 12.
