Strawberry Pecan Nut Cake
Put it all together and mix it all up. One of the more simpler pecan recipe preparations.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oil
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. butter extract
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. red color 1
- 10 oz. box chopped strawberries
- 1/2 cup Millican Pecan Halves
- 1/2 tsp. strawberry extract
Instructions
Put all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl & beat with electric mixer for 3 minutes. Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour or a little longer; may be baked in a 9 x 13 pan for 35 minutes. Then, iced with cream cheese icing.Nutrition facts
