Icebox Cheese Wafers
Delicate cheese wafers made with fresh Millican Pecan Meal giving a flavor that is second to none. Try these out to impress your guests at your next event.
Icebox Cheese Wafers
Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 cup Millican Pecan Meal
1/2 cup Butter

Instructions:
Mix flour, salt, pepper, cheese and pecans. Add butter and mix with your hands to make a stiff dough. Cut in half and roll into long rolls in wax paper. Chill for 2 hours or until needed. Slice and cook for 15-18 minutes at 325 degrees.
