Pecan Chocolate Yummy
A delicious dessert made with healthy pecan meal to make it gluten-free for those of you who are gluten intolerant
Ingredients
- First Layer:
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 cup Millican Pecan Meal
- Second Layer:
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- Third Layer:
- 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 large pkg. milk chocolate instant pudding mix
- Millican Pecan Pieces
Instructions
First Layer: Mix together margarine and pecan meal & press into a square baking dish. Bake until brown about 15 minutes. Let cool.
Second Layer: Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese, and powdered sugar & spread over cooled crust.
Third Layer: Mix both packages of pudding mix according to directions on package. Top with the rest of the Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecan pieces.
