Wonderfully delicious pancakes with just the right blend of pumpkin, pecan, and ginger.  Time to mix it up a bit and surprise your family with something new for breakfast!

Pumpkin Pecan Gingerbread Pancakes

Ingredients:

2 cups Flour

1/4 cup Sugar

4 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp Salt

2 cups Milk

1/4 cup Pecan Oil

1 tsp Vanilla

1/4 cup Molasses

1/2 can Pumpkin Puree

1 tsp Ginger

1/2 tsp Cloves

1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

Pecan Halves or Pecan Pieces for garnish

Instructions:

Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl combine the remaining ingredients and mix well. Slowly add the dry ingredient mixture from the other bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Scoop the mixture and pour into circles onto a greased griddle or skillet on medium heat until air bubbles form. Then flip and repeat on the other side.
